Speaker’s Bio: Mr James Ng, a Malaysian national, has 30 years of management experience, including 20 years of expatriate career across Asia Pacific. He had previously served as President, Consumer Product Division of Hong Leong Asia, Managing Director, China of Carlsberg Group and Managing Director, China of American Standard. In between, James served as member of the boards of several local companies. In his early career, James had accumulated 16 years consumer sales and marketing experience from Danone and Unilever.

James started his voluntary roles in career coaching since 2007, where he advised fresh undergraduates in career entry preparation. He extended his voluntary career coaching to MBA/master degree graduates since 2013 and later extended career transition advisory to senior and accomplished executives.

James is a member of the International Coach Federation and CPI certified career coach. He holds BBA (with honors) degree from the National University of Malaysia and MBA (with honors) degree from Booth School of Business, the University of Chicago.
