Tongji SEM, in collaboration with CCI FRANCE CHINE, is pleased to present the second edition of French Corporate Day on November 22nd, which includes a morning forum and an afternoon job fair.

同济大学经济与管理学院携手中国法国工商会，将于11月22日举办第二届"法国企业日"活动，本次活动包含上午的论坛与下午的招聘会。

In today's shifting economic landscape, young Chinese talents seek more than financial compensation. They increasingly value corporate culture, sustainability, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and social responsibility, values that are deeply ingrained in French businesses. This forum is the ideal platform to highlight the unique strengths and appeal of French companies.

在当今经济格局变迁的时代，中国年轻人才追求的已不仅是一份薪酬。他们日益重视企业文化、可持续发展、多元公平包容（DEI）及社会责任——这些价值观早已深深植根于法国企业的基因中。本次论坛正是展现法国企业独特优势与魅力的理想平台。

Building on last year's focus celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relations and French achievements in China, this year’s edition looks forward. In an era defined by technological shifts like AI and a growing consensus on sustainability, we believe the future must be co-created with talent. Thus, our new theme, “Talent & Tomorrow, Shaped Together”, explores how French companies and talents can evolve in synergy for mutual success.

继去年聚焦中法建交60周年与法企在华成就之后，本届活动将目光投向未来。在这个由人工智能等技术变革定义、可持续发展共识不断增强的时代，我们坚信未来必须与人才共同塑造。因此，本届活动以"携手人才，共塑未来"为主题，探讨法国企业与人才如何协同发展，实现互利共赢。
